Dragon Blood Jasper is a unique and striking gemstone known for its mossy-olive green colors that are accented with veins and patches of red colors throughout.  Dragon Blood Jasper is known as the “Stone of Courage”. It opens the heart chakra to expression and strength. The green color in the stone is Epidote and the red is Piemontite. Both the epidote and piemontite minerals are what connects these stones so strongly to the Heart chakra.  It is only found in Australia and South Africa and is a relatively rare gemstone. Dragon Blood Jasper encourages happiness, optimism, and inner wisdom.
